Is Your Baby Bending Over To Look At Their Legs?
Babies make all kinds of motions and movements as they grow and develop. Remember when your little one finally learned how to grab things? Or how about when they learned how to hop on one foot? Babies don’t just move for moving sake, most often they bend for various reasons and this article will take you through them.
They are getting to know their bodies
Most babies spend their last trimester bent over in a similar position when they’re still in their mother’s bellies. This might be another reason why babies bend over; it’s what makes them comfortable and feels natural to them.
It’s for fun
Some babies find it fun to feel a little dizzy. When we bend down and then get right up, there is that moment of feeling light-headed.
They are looking for siblings
Babies bending over that don’t have a sibling is where the belief that this is a sign someone will be pregnant soon came from. Babies have a way of knowing if another baby is on the way or not because they are more in tune with their intuition than adults are.
They love viewings things from that position
The baby could be bent over with their head between their legs for another simple reason they love viewing things from that position. The upside-down position fascinates them and in some cases, the baby might even move around to look at everything from an upside-down angle.
They are stretching
Bend over to touch your toes, and you’ll notice that it stretches the muscles in your back very nicely. Sometimes, little ones have so much pent up energy that they need a nice long stretch too.
