When it comes to the topic of hair, Indians from the men to the women are the only ones known to own long, strong, silky, and full natural hair and it is believed that most of our hair extensions come from their end.
Although India tops up on this list, Africa is also very blessed with beautiful black women owning very long and heavy hair however not everyone is blessed with long and heavy hair.

Your hair cream is ready to use and this is soo simple and very fast. Apart from how simple this process is, it is very affordable as well and it’s ingredients are not difficult to get hold of.
This process helps grow your hair, soften it, prevent it from breaking, and leaves your hair very healthy.
How I keep my scalp clean:
- I add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to my rice water (I leave rice water in my hair for at least 30-60mins).
- Rinse my hair with apple cider vinegar solution (add 15ml of vinegar to a glass of water). I spend at least 5-10mins massaging my scalp before rinsing off.
I prefer to use the apple cider vinegar solution instead of the shampoo because it cleanses the scalp and the hair, leaving the hair softer as compared to the shampoo leaving the hair hard. It also detangles so it helps with ends as well.
DANGER: Don’t use excess Apple Cider vinegar or leave it in your for too long.
Apart from this, I also prefer to use:
Fresh Aloe gel and castor oil (I apply it on my scalp and hair twice per week).
Egg treatment once every two weeks
NOTE: Aloe vera and essential oils can not be used as moisturizer that means your hair still need moisturizer.
