In warm water, add a tablespoon of sugar. Add two spoons of yeast and stir together. Cover it and set it aside for 5 minutes for the yeast to activate.
In a separate bowl, add your flour, sugar, nutmeg, and salt. Mix it well and add your initial yeast mixture to all the dry ingredients.
Add water to the mixture and stir. Don’t add too much water. Just make sure you have a fluffy or light mixture. Cover everything up and set it aside for 2 hours. Fetch small quantities of the mixture and deep fry with your vegetable oil.
