Back in the days, ladies were always left to stay in the kitchen and homes as housewives however things have changed. Ladies are very good managers and do not for once grow out of their roles. This I believe is one of the qualities that have made them exceptional leaders in the corporate world.
This does not come to dispute the fact that men are very good and have for a long g time been great in leadership. However, times have changed and we have more of our women coming out way better than our men.
From several tests and observations, we have come to the conclusion that women are very good at leading and this article, comes to prove the feminine side is a better leader.
Women make great leaders. They’re hard-working, motivated, effective communicators, and have incredibly high standards.
Women always Inspire
One of the really great qualities that women bring as leaders is that they inspire others, particularly other women. They’ve had to work hard to get to where they are now, and they’re not going to throw it away by making silly mistakes or being lazy. This attitude can inspire and motivate other women to do the same — to show that it can be done.
Women mostly give feedback
Women have very great communication skills both at home and at work. Women will encourage development through communication by telling what to change and freely airing their opinions. A man is likely to communicate less and will make further corrections on projects himself. Women boost the progress of the company as compared to men.
Women effortlessly lead mixed gender subordinates
Men are mostly gender-biased and will hardly push women in their work setting harder to produce results. A lot of times, women turn to take control very easily without attaching emotions no matter the gender of their subordinates. This phenomenon makes women better leaders since goals are met on time.
Women can multitask.
Women are able to do multiple things at the same time. They are known to adapt to a lot of pressure and still produce results. However, men tend to be focused on one thing at a time, taking each step at a time.
Women adhere to methods/targets
Women have been observed to adopt a tested methodology to produce solution-based results. They prefer setting measurable goals and working towards them are a thing for women. Men are more magical in doing things and could take up the least opportunity of a shortcut to reach goals. Shortcuts are likely to fail.
Women Are Hopeful and Innovative
There is a lot of creativity and complexity in women. Women build on ideas and are able to see light where there is little hope. It all boils down to the fact that, the intuition abilities of women are higher that of men’s. Both genders channel such energies into their work environment.
Women do not abuse privileges
Women barely abuse privileges or give out special treatment. They have been on the receiving end of this, so they know what it’s like to be bypassed or treated unfairly. Female leaders tend to be more generous and fair; they want to lift up the people around them. In particular, they feel a personal connection with other female entrepreneurs and want to invest financially as well.
