DIY: How To Make A Homemade Hair Detangler
I always get myself worked out over my naughty knots which seem not to cooperate with me at all. However, things changed when I made my natural hair detangler at home. If only I knew how easy it was I wouldn’t have gone through all that stress, you know.
All I needed was an empty spray bottle, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, bottled water and essential oil to cover up that vinegar smell.
Mix 1 part water to 1 part vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oil and enough oil to mask the vinegar scent all in the empty spray bottle.
Add warm water to the bottle, stir vigorously. Make sure the consistency of the mixture isn’t too thick to properly distribute through the spray bottle on the application. The ACV will smooth the cuticle without making your hair greasy.
Your recipe needs to be adjusted based on your hair type, texture, etc. When applying this hair detangler, hold the spray bottle a distance from your head, then spritz on dry hair a few times. Use a quality detangling brush to gently brush out your hair starting from the bottom and gradually working your way up.
