She advised that in working out, one must watch what they eat on a daily basis.
Lots of people have the perception that, once someone stops working out, the person goes back to her previous look or shape, however, Jasmine believes that fact is not entirely true because working out is not just with the physical but your lifestyle as a whole. So she believes this fact only becomes true when the person refuses to take care of herself properly.
Jasmine tries to work out at least three or four times a week doing cardio, running, skipping or working on the treadmill.

For Jasmine, she believes that it is very important to take your breakfast, lunch, and supper seriously because they play a major role in getting the desired results. Jasmine said this to debunk the misconceptions about not eating when working out.
Jasmine finally shared her final advice, “If your body is not in good shape, it can affect your mood, sex life, etc. If you treat your body the right way, everything else will fall in place. It takes discipline and motivation to work out so everyone should work out and patiently wait to see the desired results.”
