All these could be true however if you frequently urinating more than usual it indicates that there is a problem with your kidney or urinary system. For me, anytime am getting due to my menstrual cycle, my breasts get a lot heavy before and during my cycle however, it does not apply to everyone. Even though I know it’s normal I still check it out once a while so that I play safe from any form of diseases like breast cancer, e.t.c.
The first sign of breast cancer is very tricky to notice, so take a closer look if there is a pain in the breasts and the lymph nodes. Look for lumps, red skin, and pain in the breasts days before receiving your periods.
You could bleed heavy naturally or as a result of inheriting it, that’s weird but that’s true. However, bleeding heavily could indicate endometriosis, myoma, or thyroid dysfunction. See the doctor if you’re always anaemic. If your periods last for more than a week, you should consult a doctor.
Menstruation cycle is from 21 days to 35 days and it should be consistent. You need to be very conscious of your body and how it functions so you can easily notice a any threats.
